Depends on what is going on.

If it is a conflict of work styles... you need to sit down and talk about it, come to a solution, and keep moving forward.

If it is a bully... you need to take it to HR or follow the process of your company.

If you can't get resolution and the company won't help you... you need to look somewhere else (transfer or go to another company).

Unfortunately, many companies only realize they have the wrong person in a management position when it is too late and good people are leaving.

Just make sure to take care of your mental health during all of this. It can put a real strain on life.

Normally, I would suggest that you try to find another job. However, I don't know your situation. It sounds to me like you may have a boss who is a bully. There are websites that deal with the issue of workplace bullying and offer suggestions for dealing with it. Good luck!

Here are two websites.

Try to find another job while you are still working; try not to let it escalate to the point where you get fired or you have to quit. Life is not good on the unemployment line.
