It's not bad to think and question things. However, sometimes you need to let loose and watch cartoons. Balance is the key. The world and our part in it can become overwhelming and scary sometimes.

Check into meditation. Perhaps consulting a therapist would be a good idea. Either way... learn to strike a balance, lighten up, and relax.

If you engage your thinking in spiritual way e.g. thinking about God you can become the highest yogi. With constant meditation on Him at the end of your life you will certainly attain Him.

they say that people who worry alot about certain circumstances do it on some level because it makes them feel in control. thinking about every angle or possible turnout of a situation can make somebody feel like they are covering their tracks, but really worrying does no good. because what will happen will happen and it doesnt matter how much you overanalyze. now i dont know if you meant "worry." if you think to much but it is more productive than worry then that is another thing. this is just what comes to mind

Try finding an activity that takes your mind off things. Watch tv, play on the computer, try an active sport with friends (tennis, basketball, etc), go for a run, read a book, etc.

Think more and think harder. Try thinking to different styles of music, think abut your own ideas and think about other people's ideas. Think about opinions, think about facts and think about the difference between the two. Think about funny things and think about serious things. Think dumb thoughts and think intelligent thoughts.
Never stop thinking. The day you stop thinking is the day you die.

There's nothing wrong with that. If it troubles you however, distract yourself with other things...books, music, television, chatting with friends, etc. Maybe talk to someone about what's on your mind and why (someone you think would understand). They may be able to help you get this issue off your mind.

i would answer but i have the same problem. i think about death and i'm always thinking at how i would end up dying today and i think about life and why it's like that.
