Easily. I am very spiritual but not a Christian. Being in touch with the universe and all things doesn't mean you have to chose a religion. Just meditate.

It depends entirely what you mean by 'spiritual attack'.
If you mean that you feel you are being attacked by evil spirits, then call on the name of the Good Spirit in humility and with trust. You will not be harmed and you will be shown the way to deal with the attack. You may also get more than you bargained for, since it is one way in which Good can enter your heart.
If you mean that you are feeling extremely 'spiritual'. Relax and empty your mind. Ask to be shown what you need to know.

You need to find someone who can help you to discover the root cause of the attack. By this I dont mean who might be sending it but the root cause of its origin - ie, why it came into your life, from where, what caused you to invite this in and what it is tryring to teach you. Then depending on the energy present there are different methods for dealing with it.

I would firstly look inside,and find what it is thats actually attacking you.Then be honest enough with yourself to accept the changes that need to take place if any.sometimes when we focus our attentions on somthing hard enough we see things we dont always want to, so dont be confused by the spirit inside you telling you somthing either, that, maybe what you do not want to focus on.
