You can still buy those from supermarkets. The marshmallow is half pink, half white, as is the packet they come in. About 40p for six sandwiches, really cheap and yummy! I've forgotten the name on the pack though.

I used to buy these and they were lovely, I think they were called Marshmallow sandwiches. I also seem to remember Marshmallow ice cream sandwiches
