Sweetie, take it slow. It takes a very long time to gain muscle. Strength will come. Keep lifting, Every other week or so increase the weight you lift but DO NOT OVER DO IT! Be careful. Eat healthy and push your body, just don't hurt it. You'll get there. I bet by the time you get to high school, all the chicks will want you but you will be more focused on your school work! Because you don't want to be a teenage daddy! Good luck!

Naturally it's going to take your body some time to mature in order to get stronger, since you're still so young. However, you can start doing this in your workout routine to get stronger:

Figure out the maximum weight you can lift in each position. For instance, if you can bench 100 lbs. once, this would be your max. Then during each workout, lift about 70% of your maximum amount (70 lbs in this example) 8 times, take a short break, then lift 80% of your max (80 lbs)4 times, then break, then 90% of your max (90 lbs) 2 times, then your maximum (100 lbs) 1 time, then break, and then go back down. This is called a pyramid.
