I THINK THE BEST THING FOR YOU TO KNOW IS TO TRY IT YOURSELF. There's nothing best as the "FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE" you know. (smile)

I do this sort of thing all the time. I don't do it for other people but for myself. I really don't pay much attention to any one elses response. lol. When my daughter and I wait for the bus in the morning we constantly play games and dance in the street. We make up songs. I will sing a line then she has to come up with the next line. It is fun and bonds us closer together. Any reaction we receive goes unnoticed. I always say Hello to strangers. The best is when someone calls my house and I answer all cheery and then wish them a great day. They usually wish me one back in a somewhat shocked but cheery voice.

Of course!!!! Whats funny is I sing in the shower, but I don't realise that I do, and I sing (for some strange and odd reason) the theme song to the movie 9 to 5......"my baby takes the morning train, she works from 9 to 5 and then......" my husband cracks up. Sitting here right now I do not know any other words to that song, but in the shower I am a rock and roll superstar! If I am losing my voice, I crank Stevie Nicks in the cars and think i sound mega fantastic.....of course I sound like horse pooh, but so what!!! And I love to say hi to people with surly looks on thier faces!!! Just be happy and jolly and tick them off!!!!!!

sometimes i sing out loud, and people comment on the singing...when you say a cheery hello, people either smile and it wakes them up from a long hard day or they wonder how in the world did you get so happy...my husband and i dance in the street and it causes others to smile and maybe wish the had what we have, not knowing they could possess the same happiness...and we smile together and enjoy the moments.

Yes, I sing out loud. No, I don't dance in the street. I do smile and say hello to strangers. They usually smile and speak back to me.

I do sing occasionally, but not in the street.
I never dance (nor have I done so or ever will), since it is a waste of energy.
I say "Hello" to passing strangers from time to time, when the situation is appropriate, and the reaction is always positive.

Well... I definitely do not dance in the street... but I do sing!!
And I only say a "cheery hello" to a stranger if he/she says hi to me first or if he/she smiles kindly while I'm passing by!!

I only sing out loud when nobody can hear it (including myself), since my singing talents are non-existent. :)
I sometimes dance in the street or do something spontaneous if I'm in the mood for it.
I sometimes greet strangers in the streets. That's generally well taken and they usually greet back.
The result... ehm, fun for everybody I hope. I think it kind of improves the mood to do or see something like that.

i used to sing out loud in public when i was younger but i only do in a closed group now. nope, i don't dance in the street but i will say 'hello' to a stranger. the result of all these will make me freer and happier i know but sometimes it is my mood that stops me from doing all these things.

I sing out loud until anyone who hears me at home says "please stop" ha ha - not American Idol material -- that's for sure. Yes, I say hi to people and they responds nicely - smile and get a hi back. Sometimes people can be in deep thought and getting upset about their lives, if you pass on a smile to them, it can make their day and they, in turn, may pass that smile and hello on to someone else. Pay it forward
