its sorta like the bears they hibernate well when they fly south its like there hibernating in a way but there just not asleep and it warm!

1) because it's too cold to fly North
2) Because the train costs too much, taxis don't go that far, and they can't reach the gas pedal to drive.

For the same reason the snowbirds do - it is warmer, it is beautiful, food is plentiful and southern hospitality abounds!
