Esperanto was designed to not have irregularities, so that it would be easier to learn. As a consequence, the grammar is not very complex.

I think, the languange of science (incl. IT) is English. Because not only the complexity of language is important but also the simplicity and that most of the people in the world would understandt.
But answering your first question, I would say French or may be Finnisch (I only ever heard about it!!)

GREEK. As u know English came from Latins and Latins came from ancient Greek. There isn't any word that doesn't have a translation in Greek. After all it's the older language in the world along with Chinese. Science was based in Greek too. Did you know that when kids with dyslexia learn ancient Greek or ancient Chinese no longer have a problem.(?)

Quite a few Australian Aboriginal languages could fit the bill.
I studied Warlpiri for a while, extremely complex in its grammar (uses the ergative, amongst other things) but scientifically precise in its flora & fauna vocab. and pronouns.
Not too many words for the IT industry though!
