Well not really I mean I am a Muslim and I don't pray but my dad does and he says it takes about 15 minutes a prayer and so if you do 15x5 that's75 minutes a day out of how many. Also Muslims don't believe life is restrictive because they know that they will have a better life in heaven if they pray

When you accept Islam you accept to live submitting to the will of God thus your day is planned accordingly so you cannot find any restrictions.
I am born Muslim, been offered Bible at 9 but accepted to submit to the will of Allah.

no i dont find it restrictive.without the quran id be a lost soul with no direction in life.islam gives the feeling of being in control of my life because whenever im in trouble i turn to allah and he helps me.

its not called restriction its is necessary to pray 5 times day but itis how many times we remind our god and thank him for what he has given to us
