Turkey soup. Made entrirly from scratch. Starting with just bones and water. I make it after thanks giving every year and have to make a monsterous pot because everyone wants some to freeze for later.

INGREDIENTS: GRILLED LEMON CHICKEN SINCE i HAVE A JENN AIR STOVE THEY LOVE THIS ALL YEAR LONG
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, red bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Set aside 1/4 cup of the mixture to use for basting. Place chicken in the bowl, and marinate at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Lightly oil grill grate. Drain and discard marinade from the bowl, and place chicken on the grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.

BBQ swordfish (just salt and pepper on it)

With lemon mushroom linguini...

Cook the linguini (recipe on noodles) and set aside
Heat enough olive oil to cover bottom of pan (just to starting to smoke)
Throw in a bunch of diced onions and mushrooms, sautee for 2 minutes
Add the juice of one lemon
Put linguini in the sautee pan (with the above still in it)
Just before you take it off, add the zest of the lemon
Tear fresh basil and put over the top of the pasta

That's it!

all they ever ask me to bring is stuffed celery. chop up olives, mix into cream cheese and fill the celery. They want it at almost every holiday. It's easy so it's ok.
