Has she slept with him since you two have been together? If she has, I'd say get out of it now! This ex must have some sort of emotional hold over her. Otherwise she'd stay away. If you've not been together long, it'll not hurt that much. If you keep seeing her and you fall in love, then it happens again, it'll be really hard and hurt much much more.

Depends if you want an open relationship or not. Do you want to have sex with other girls while being with her? If not, then either you have a low self esteem, or you don't care about her that much (could be cos the relationship is new). Work out what you want and discuss it with her.
