You have to come to the realization that you cannot solve the worlds problems or other people's problems. Take things one day at a time. If something is stressing you think to yourself is this need stressing about. WIll I be stressing about this 2 years from now? Probably not. You probably won't be stressing over the same thing 2 days from now. Let it go. Life is going to go on whether you are stressing about something or not. You have a choice whether or not to get your nerves knotted up over the issue.
