Okay this will sound stupid, but I have told women and they have gotten pregnant. After sex...stand on your head. Well, you do not REALLY have to stand on your head, but you do have to stay in bed and tip your pelvis up so the sperm is not swimming in the wrong direction. Many women get out of bed after sex and you need all the sperm INSIDE swimming TOWARD the egg. Stay in bed for about 30 minutes after sex.
Also learn WHEN you are Ovulating. Ideally you need to have intercourse three days or less before ovulation, so sperm are waiting when the egg is released. Eggs only survive for a maximum of 24-hours - unless they're fertilized.
Watch what you eat and drink. Cut down on Caffeine.

The best sexual position for making a baby is the missionary position (man on top). This position allows for the deepest penetration and, as a result, places sperm closer to the cervix.
I FINALLY found the link I was looking for you... This website should answer all your questions:

You may also want a doctor to check both you AND your husband out to see if there is any medical reason you are not getting pregnant.
Good Luck.

Well if you are trying to have a baby and can't then you should go to a doctor that specializes in this area. You might have to use someone Else's sperm. A lot of times couples can't have babies because the male sperm isn't active. You could also adopt an infant. Their are tons of children out there already that need caring for.

Try having sex 4 days before upto 4 days after your monthly periods. If it doesn't work, seek medical help. If that doesn't work either, turn to God. Remember Sarah, Abraham's wife? She waited for 25 years. If she got a baby, you'll get one!

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy https://healthcare.im/getting-pregnant
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.
