There is only the one way: don't do it. It is all down to will power and sef-respect.
It also helps if you are happy and have a purposeful life. Happy people do not take drugs, since they don't need escape routes. Only those who feel lost seek that easy way out, which will in the end always lead to destruction.
So - simply decide that you don't want drugs, and then act accordingly.

Mention it to your friends so that they won't offer you any. Discuss it with your parents, so that they will know you are not using them. Get some education on the matter. (Your school or local police should have materials that you will find helpful.) To keep from being tempted, get a support group in your life, so that they will be there for you in tough times and you won't turn to drugs. This can include friends, caring relatives, teachers and counselors, a pastor or clergyman. Good luck!
