To find and tap a neverending soure of positive energy does not equal using that source to its full capacity forever. Knowing how to access the tap at will and drawing the positive energy on an as needed basis is the goal for this question.

There are known benefits to meditation in which one can experience all those things without ingesting drugs but the fact is to attain something as never-ending bliss is not only impossible in this life, it is not even desirable. How would you know you are in bliss if you never experienced suffering? A person who is happy all the time has no compassion for someone who is sad. Life is a series of highs and lows much like the waves of the ocean. The best way to experience life to the fullest is to accept the good with the bad equally and don't take it all personal.

in the beginning Karl i quite loved your answer to aysha2wafira question even although I disagree with it. (How's that for sucking up?) What I do to appreciate my adventure is take time outs periodically to do an information verify. it quite is, at the same time as i'm stuck up in my day and attempting to get right here or there on time, I take a deep breath and be conscious what's in the front of me. If a fowl is chirping I pay interest to it. I scent the smells and sense the sentiments. Is there a breeze? Is it warm? chilly? Are the leaves nevertheless or are they swaying in (dancing to the music of) the wind. I imagine each thing in my existence to be calling me to its interest. each thing has a message for me. Am I getting it? end, seem, listen, and experience. each little bit of my existence is like an device in an excellent symphony. all of them blend mutually to create the circulate. Am I getting it? Do I listen each and each bit? those visualizations help me to be better conscious and in turn help me to be better effective in my existence. Wheen i'm feeling pressure i'm no longer getting it. pressure is an illustration to end and be conscious. merely the ramblings of a quickly to be previous guy. in the adventure that they help you in any respect, it quite is reliable. If no longer, i'm effective you'll locate your answer as there are some sharp cookies out right here. reliable success.
