He's had this same lame metal CD on repete really loud for hours and he's in the guest room with the door locked and when I tell him to stop being weird and unlock the door he tells me to stop being a baby and go to bed.
M parents said for him to watch me and that I could stay up as long as I like. What should I do?

Have a heart-to-heart talk with your parents as soon as they come back and explain to them that your brother keeps you awake with loud music. He is probably keeping the neighbors awake too. Your brother is NOT watching you if he is keeping his door locked!! Your parents need to be made aware of the fact that your brother is not interested in watching you when they are away from home. If neither you nor your brother is 18, ask your parents to get a responsible adult relative or caregiver to "watch" the house if they must leave you alone for hours. Parents should not be leaving children alone for hours. Seek help nearby, soon.

I don't have a girl in here. And the music isn't THAT loud. And when our parents said she could stay up late I don't think they meant til 3 AM. She's only 15.

Go to your fuse box probably in the basement, find the switch marked guest room and turn it off. Then when he come out to turn it back on go and unplug all the stereo equipment and take the rest of his Cd's and hide them. HAVE FUN

take out the fuse for that room.
he probably has a girl in there, that's why the door is locked and the music is to cover up the noise.
