Its high in zinc, but doesn't really have any detrimental effects, perhaps she has to watch her diet.

Swallowing sperm does little to nothing on the weight gaining portion of a woman...atleast the ones that I know with who do it say that it isn't that bad.

sperm is healthy for one thing...but if you ask why your girlfriend is fat, that is beside the question..she is fat means she maybe get it from her genes or hereditary or her metabolism isnt just like other ppl who are fast metabolism
