How do you get a good score on SSAT?

Any useful tips? Is there any useful way to get a 99%? How do you convert a scaled score into a percentile? Please help me!

SSAT is not just about being academically sound, but well-rounded with other aspects. Study all the normal subjects, and in your free time read the newspaper and magazines and books. That should help.
