There is many ways of saying "eat first, talk after". If I were to put it into 4 words like English, it would read 1) "先吃, 后谈" xian1 chi1, hou4 tan2 or 2) "先吃, 后讲" xian1 chi1, hou4 jiang3 先 = first 吃 = eat 后 = later/after 谈 = talk/ discuss 讲 = talk

龙 long
The 'o' is read as the 'o' in the English alphabet, not the english word long.
Hope this helps :)

It is written long, but the sound is not long as in English. It is an 'O' sound instead of an 'ang' sound.
