i need help i dont concentrate!! i alwayz hated studying i never do it properly!! :(

I had that same problem in school....what i found that helped is taking notes in class and then rewriting them at home. it give you a change to go over the notes that you took in class more than the one time you look at them just before a test.

hey, i had trouble concentrating too before!!! So i came up with this crazy speed-learning thing..
try doing what i did,

1) identify ALL that u need to learn (for example 5 subjects per semester)
2) stack the reading materials within reach
2) allocate 15 mins per subject - put an alarm if u must
3) study like crazy that one subject within the 15 mins
4) quickly change the textbook/papers once the 15 mins up REGARDLESS of whether u are done with it or not

this will make u race with ur own self and its actually fun!flipping through the pages and knowing u have to read fast to meet the 15 mins deadline.

good luck!p/s if 15 mins is too long for u, start with 10 and gradually add on that. and if ur work still not done, just do it all over again! the important thing is to AVOID being stuck doin one thing cuz tats when u start to be bored.

Everything depends upon ur mindset,Though u knoe that u cant concentrate so u should try to know what r the reasons which disturbs u to concentrate.So u knw the answer.

I have that same problem,
Distract yourself in a good way.
I listen to music with headphones on while studying.
Eat, chew gum.
Make sure it can get your attention without you taking your eyes off the book.
