Nah, I've done it myself plenty times. You just gotta be careful not to leave the bleach on too long or you'll look like Dick Gephardt.

In US drugstores, you can probably find Jolen creme bleach.

Lemon juice. Dip a cotton ball in some lemon juice. Squeeze out most of the lemon juice, so it is not dripping. Slowly and lightly stroke it across each brow a few times. You can do this several times a day, whenever you think of it. The lightening of your eyebrows won't take place immediately, but it will happen.
I put a streak through my hair this way.
Hope

Sally's sells eyebrow bleach. It's especially made for eyebrows and it's a cream so it won't drip. I use it.

Just whip out the nearest bottle of bleach and use a q-tip to apply it...just remember not to get it in your eyes (that could be ugly)

Go to a salon, they'll dye them for pretty cheap. Best not to try to do that yourself.

You could bleach them? Or dye them...I would ask a beauty specialist about it and they would do it for you
