Best haircolour brand I think could be assumed L'Oreal, because they have really innovative formulas and the usage of their haircolours( my personal experience) don't damage my hair, the opposite gave it shine, excellent intense colour and is not fading like many others. The best hairstylist I think is mine(well, she is not so well-known for sure in the world), a known professionalist let's say Louis David. Good luck,be happy!!

Actually, their are other colors besides European and American.

Our salon uses a few different color brands.

First being Kadus. It is a color made in the Black Forrest of Germany. Low low LOW amonia and smaller color molecules so you dont have to swell the cuticle layer of the hair as much to get the color in therefore causing less damage to the hair.

We also use Goldwell which is a European color, and Scruples which I'm not sure where they are based out of but their reds and chocolate browns are GORGEOUS!

actually seeing as it is summer you would normally think that well, lighter is better? i have noticed that they are kicking lighter hair to the curbs these days and are now dying their hair to a darker color, either dark brown or black... well just thought i would try to help and see if i anwsered your confusing question.
