Its not as bad as you think it is. its probably just some lotions and such. Its not for kids but its not like something really wierd. I dont know how old you are or if your an adult or not but if you are under 18 So if I sound like I am treating you like a child. I dont mean to. If you are under 18 you may want take it slow as far as wondering what all this stuff is for. As humans we are adults much longer than we are kids. And once you grow up, you cant go back. As for the box and the name, it's a name and I would be curious about too. The name comes from an ancient book called "The Kama Sutra". I was going to show you wikpedias explaination of it but the pictures were to graphic so I took them off. as others suggested, you may want to talk to the person who had it if you trust them to be honest and trustworthy. or ask your mom. good luck

Don't worry about what's inside. It's no cool toy or anything like that. Just show the box to your parent(s) or tell them about it. If one of your friends showed it to you explain it to your parents.
