You don't have to have sex with him. You are not obligated. Its your body and if he won't use any precautions then he doesn't respect you enough. I don't know how many you have but it is your right to say "I don't want anymore." Your husband is being selfish. On a lighter note, there are many types of birth control out there. I would recommend depo-provera. I had a bad side effect with it, but everyones body is different. And it did work. You only have to worry about it every 3 months.

Tell your husband that unless HE plans to carry the next child, you WILL use precautions or there will be no sex. If he refuses, he is an abusive husband and you should consider counseling, if not divorce. I know this sounds drastic, but it's a fact.

Maybe another member of your family can talk some sense into your husband. If he insists that you put your body at risk with another pregnancy, he must not love you as much as you deserve. Talk with your doctor and a family elder. Maybe the three can agree to meet. Nothing is more valuable than to be raised by the mother who bears her children. My thoughts are with you.

I do not know how many you have, but it sounds
like an unpleasant situation to you. Your hubby should
realy take YOU into consideration. All the best.
Did you ask your doctor if it is ok to have more? His advice
can be usefull for future decisions.

Then stop having sex with him. When he complains, tell him you don't want more children as it's very difficult on your body, and until he's willing to either use a condom or let you take the pill or get an IUD or what have you, then you're not going to have sex with him.

You need to seriously sit down and talk to him, maybe including your doctor. It might take someone else for him to see how serious you are. If he is trying to keep you pregnant then maybe you need to look at your relationship. Try some kind of counseling. Good luck.

Go and get your tubes tied. It will be outpatient surgery and you will be back home the same day.
After having that done you won't have to worry about it anymore. Or go and get on birth control
