some men want just a good time playing, and everything given to them no matter who they hurt, some men are caring, loving, understanding, and has respect . and most the time, men don't know what they want either till they are much older, they have alot more growing up to do than women.

Men is Satisfied human being if he will have one woman who loves him by heart,well enough money to live simple life,secure future,one sweet home,love of parent and kids,and smile on face of his love nothing more he needs to live
... but men doesnt need mind and mental power because its a godgift for men ;)

I'm assuming you mean in women.
To answer your question, they want looks and personality.
Personality includes honesty, trust, dependability, intelligence.
Men want the same things in women that women want in men, but less agressive and more giving.
