Do you think it's annoying when there's a guy that initiates a conversation? or, do you think it's annoying and disturbing you??

that's the reason i rarely study in a coffee shop, i just buy my coffee and i get outta there. these guys really just want to get to know you. maybe they're interested in dating you, but the fact remains that you came to the coffee shop not to meet someone new but to be able to study. sometimes, it really is annoying (especially when you're cramming for a paper or an exam), but i guess, you still have to be nice and tell the guy that you guys could talk some other time because you're busy at the moment...

No I think its cute when a guy approaches me and tries to make "obvious moves" on me, but by the third guy coming up to me I do get annoyed. I will just find another place to study with less chances of someone disrupting me.

it would depend on the guy, also the situation. If I don't want to be disturbed, I'd study at home, or at a library where no one would bother me.
If a guy came up to me, and I was interested, I'd tell him to give me his number, and I'd call him when I finished my work. If I REALLY like him, I'd make sure he has my number too.

Its annoying and inconsiderate, even if your cute and I'm single. I came here to study in quiet, and your standing in the way of my success at that point. So, you have no chance with me anyways,and now your just ticking me off so leave before i ***** slap you.
