2 weeks. the one coming up is This Friday, and the one after would be the next..because there has to be a first to be a next.

the Friday that's 2 weeks away would be Friday after Next, wouldn't it? Me, personally, I think of the Friday at the end of the next week, like the 30th.

Next Friday is the Friday of next week. Friday of this week is referred to as this Friday.

The first one after this moment, unless today were a Thursday. In that case, "next Friday" would be in eight days, since to mean the immediately following Friday, you'd say "tomorrow".

I would say the coming friday.The one after would be "friday next".That's how I've been using the term,maybe I was wrong all along.Thanks anyway- by just looking at the different answers I am in a fix now !
