i dont currently have an acctive addiction to them i am not using them and cant but have pain issues

The best thing to do is to see a specialist (doctor). There is always a lot of alternatives and you can be sure that if you explain yourself very well the best option would be prescribed for you. Sometimes it may even be some therapy that will be devoid of pills. It may be some adjustment to your meal and menu. Relax and cheer up.

The problem is.............

How much pain is too much. And how do I get over it without pills.

I approach like this....

"ITS HURTS !!! I WANT IT TO STOP !!! but I can hang on for one more hour without the pill"

AM nursing 4 BROKEN ribs at the moment.. Not cracked I can feel them rubbing toghter ./.

I am taking a nice red wine for the pain and just DEALing with it.

I have back problems and developed a pain pill problem, my dr. put me on ultram{it has small amounts of narcotics in it, doesnt work so well} for 6 mnths, now im back on milder pain pills loritab and it isnt an issue{I was on percoset}
