Hi Debora, I'm Alli. I'm a Canadian living in Switzerland and I teach English a bit. I was in Italy earlier this year (Naples and Rome--as they are called in English!) and loved it. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have about English. In the meantime, just jumping in and asking and answering questions is a fun way to practice.
By the way, I could be your sister's teacher, but I can't be your English's teacher--it's just English teacher. You say I AM from Italy, and I want TO learn English.

Where there is a will there is a way. You need to take some simple comic books in English. They will help you construct sentences. Later once you have the command in your language you can read novels. This will take you some time but practice it and you will be rewarded. Also try speaking in English once you have mastered the construction. By the way you seem to be desperate. Any reasons? So Enjoy Debora.

1st of all sweetie...English - means "something thats English", English's would mean "something that belongs to england". You want TO learn English. I'd love to help but you're probobly better off with a proffessional. Do a web search for English Teachers/Colleges in your area. Good Luck

I'm a linguist & have taught ESL (English as a Second Language) overseas. I've studied a bit of italiano quanti ani fa, and I have a toscano accent. Mi piace questa lingua. Sono australiana.

Wow! I wanted to learn Italian but my pen pals back then said that since I was an American I was too stupid to learn. But, hey! I am pretty good with English. I taught it as a second language too. So, please, pick me to be your friend and to help you with English.
