there is a site for custom duties in india but state duties and law differ so u will have to be particular for which region u want.
also huge difference in tax/duty directly imported wine and bottled in india.hotels are allowed their own quota so you get a discount if u sell them directly or they import directly

Are you paying more tax or you want government to tax more?
