I always try to be outgoing and friendly when I meet people, but I'm having trouble finding girls. I'm the type that is shy at first but can be a really good companion once other people know me better. I would say I'm not bad looking and I dress pretty well. I'm a foreigner and I'm not caucasian. Is this because of race? People always say no, but I think it's just a politically correct answer.

it doesn't have to be because of race...
for me the biggest "turn on" in a guy is confidence. if he knows who he is and he's confident, that's just really attractive.
clothes don't really matter that much, if you dress nice you should be fine. also... being a forigner should help! most forigners are really attractive simply because they're a little different...
try to talk to lots of different people, not just girls. making more guy friends can help because they can help you meet girls. basically, the more friends you have the better chance you've got of finding someone.
i'm quiet, but not shy. (there's a difference) try to find people you find interesting. if you see someone you think you might like, go introduce yourself... or even just go stand by them, they'll probably say something and then you don't have to be the first one to talk.

Nice guys finish last. I had the same problem. I’m a really nice guy but upon first meeting someone (female) I’m quite shy. Most women tend to be attracted to aggressive men. That’s not to say that you should change. Someday a woman will come along…maybe she’s tired of the walking hard-on types, or perhaps she’s just looking for the “nice guy”. Whatever the reason, it will happen. Have faith my friend.
Oh, and stop looking at your problem from a racial point-of-view...that will only lead to more problems and harsh feelings.

if u are of other race.. yes.. it usualy is the problem..
though they are not racist... a grl can be ur friend.. but when she thinks of u as more than a friend.. she has isues..
what country are u in? are people of ur tye comon there? if not.. then that is the answer...
anyway.. u need more guts.. i mean... if ur shy too.. u won't impress no girl..
u need to start flirting... will build ur confidence..
u need a positive thinkin.. first of all
when u see a girl u like u act like u don't care of her, and flirt with her just for convo.. go with the flow.. let her make the decisions.. and folow her lead... then.. when she'll get to know u better.. the racial diference will be gone...

You have to go where the girls are. You cant hang out in places where the guys out number the girls 5 to 1.

You just have to be yourself. You can't over-crowd a girl, but you have to get in a friendly conversation with them and tell them about yourself. Just be yourself, and it will all work out.

have more confidence, but dnt talk to much, not to show off ... be cool and simple, dnt shy to make a friends.
