Sounds like deep seated feelings of inadequacy... this usually passes with time... we all go through a phase in our adolescence when we doubt ourselves, self confidence comes with age and experience for most people. I myself had an epiphany while reading a book by a man named Richard Feynman, entitled "So what do you care what other people think?" and I just 'got over it'. When you stop caring what others think about you it is a very liberating feeling, you should look forward to it. Best of luck.

There is nothing wrong with you! Take that fact firmly. You merely look down on yourself and no matter how people love you, they can't help you love yourself. Fear is the major problem you have such that you even doubt if 1 + 1 = 2. The moment you conquer the spirit of fear you are in the real world. Fear has to do with punishment/torment, there is no need to torment yourself. Your unconscious mind is just telling you that this people see more than your outward whereas you know them more than they know you. If you know they may make fun of you then you have a gift. Pray against the spirit of fear and take on the spirit of boldness and sound mind. God help you.

Sounds like generalized anxiety...I do this too. I hate talking on the phone for this reason. Try some St. Johns Wort...like 1000 to 1500 mg every day...you have to be on it for a while but it helps and is cheap and doesn't need a prescription.

You're fine. It's easy for you to talk to strangers b/c you don't know them, so who cares if they're judging you or whatever. If your friends judge you or talk about you behind your back, well, then it's their problem, and they're obviously not your friends. Mingle with people you trust and like and you should be fine. Try having a little more confidence in yourself. It goes a long way, and you'll be happier with things, trust me.

Hi. No its deifinately not a psychic disorder! Psychic means to fore tell the future. I think u just shy and need to come out of your shell. U need to tell yourself its ok to be yourself. I think you feel everybody is better than you but u need to realise that we r all human and each of us is an individual. Everybody has their flaws as well as their strong points. You need to accept who u r in order for u to feel accepted by others. Just be yourself, and your friends will love u for u!

yeah im like that too, i always wondered why i get along so well with strangers while my cousins i stay far away from, (maybe coz i hate'em) but no seriously that was a few years ago and with a little practice i got a hand of it, and now although i dont perfer to talk to my cousins but im not shy to do so, just ignor what ppl think if they make fun of you just know its a lack in thier personalities maybe they havent thought of what u just said and they felt stupid for that thats thier only way to cover up....
well all i have in mind to say now is practice and ignor them just imagine ur sayin ur thoughts outloud to yourself
and god bless you :)

Not really. You're just shy and care a lot of what people think. Just say what's on your mind around your friends. If they are too judgemental on what you say, just talk to me instead. Later.

HELLO THERE! I CAME ACROSS YOUR QUESTION AND CONCERN(S) AND THOUGHT I COULD HELP....Speaking from personal experience BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND WHO YOU ARE AT ALL TIMES!!! DON'T EVER LET ANYONE TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE "GOOD ENOUGH," "SMART ENOUGH," "TALENTED ENOUGH," ETC. ALSO, YOUR FRIENDS ARE NOT TRULY YOUR FRIENDS IF THEY CAN'T EXCEPT YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE!!! AS YOU GET OLDER THIS BECOMES CLEARIER! I RECOMMEND WORKING OUT AND MAKE A PROMISE TO YOURSELF TO ALWAYS LOOK YOUR BEST! GIRLS REAL LIKE AND FEEL COMFORTABLE AROUND GUYS THAT TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES, PLUS IT BUILDS SELF-CONFIDENCE! HOPE THAT HELPED?
