Do something that he would not expect you to do, make him want you that much that he can no longer keep his hands off you. take him to the park at night for a walk then all of a sudden drop to your knees & give him B J. Then drop his pants around his ankles you lay on the floor half naked then ask him to let him self go over you. this will then make him think a bit different about sex.

You need to talk to him about what you want.
Maybe he is to scared to try anything new cause he doenst know what to do, perhaps its performance anxiety or something.
Try suggesting that you try something different, bring toys or something that you want to try when you are next together.
Try "doing yourself" in front of him as he enters the room, that usually really gets a guy going. Then tell him what you want him to do. Order him to do it!!! Take the lead,
