I am am immigrant, I just came to the USA in Feb. of this year.
I 've been welcomed everywhere I went, I never felt hated a single moment!
Maybe the reason for that is that I came here the legal way, on a plane with a visa and all, I never took a dime of US benefits and I learned English before I came over. I paid a lot of money and waited for my paperwork since 1996. Maybe me being married to a US citizen sped up the process of me coming here, but I can assure you this is not a fake marriage. I raise Old Glory in our front yard every morning and when I face west the all I see is beautiful landscape with the Rocky Mountains towering over everything. I'm am thankful to be allowed to be here. And if Uncle Sam ever needs me to defend all this I know I will be standing there with all the other true Americans!

Why do people keep posing this stupid question over and over again? We do NOT hate "immigrants." We DO NOT LIKE "ILLEGAL" immigrants! There is a HUGE difference! We love IMMIGRANTS - just not ILLEGAL immigrants! Get this through your thick heads, please!

Before you post this stupid question, please first take some time to peruse several days worth of past questions, at least, and you will see that people do not oppose immigration - on the contrary - we LOVE immigration, but only LEGAL IMMIGRATION. We do not condone people jumping the queue because they do not want to take the time and effort and pay the dues to cross the border LEGALLY.

and consider the fact that all white people r recent visitors to the land of America!!! it is pure racism and narrow mindedness, to preserve privilege to ourselves while being happy to extract benefits when and where it suites us.

My family were immigrants in my country- in the 1800's. Just because I was born and bred in my country doesn't mean that I hate immigrants. I just hate it when they take over our whole country and oour whole way of life. ANd why we can't celebrate our tradtional cultural ways because we are worried they won't feel included. Why did they come here if they can't accept our cultural ways?

i don't hate anyone unless they do something to my family. i don't mean just immigrants i mean anyone. i don't understand y people think that (Americans) hate them. people in America r made up of immigrants, as r other countries. there is nothing wrong with other people coming to a new country and living there lives as long as u do it by the laws of that country.
