If I watch the time and dont let a lot of it pass before i eat then I dont have a real bad problem. If I even start to feel hungery then the pain starts and it get very intense and doesnt let up for hours!

the pain usually starts before I eat. It eventually goes a away a few hours after I eat. I have been tested for gallbladder disease and an on medication for that. So this is something new.

you should probably experiment and see what time the pain starts. then you can make a schedule and and know what time you should eat. If this doesn't work than definitly see a doctor.

You may have a sensitive stomach lining or an intense acidity problem. get it checked

Another reason for such instances may be that you have always been on strict diet plans with proper timings.... have you grown up in school hostels or a places where there were official meal timings..... if so, you could try breaking out of it by having smaller yet frequent snacks/ meals..... watch you weight though in such a practise. Either stick to fruits and juices for such snacks or burn out the frequent meals with rigorous exercise. Gradually fluctuate the timings and the gaps between them.... human body is a good adapter, adapt it slowly to live the life you want.

My husband had that and it turned out to be the beginning of an ulcer.

this sounds like a gallstone/bladder issue..go talk to a doctor..
