sure,it's OK. i mean,what does his sexual orientation have to do with anything? he is a person like everyone else,he has feelings and no matter he is gay,he is still a child of God. people are selfish and they don't see that being gay is not that bad.Christians often think that being gay is a big sin,but so what?God won't send him to hell if his only sin is that he's gay.He will send to hell sooner those people who hate him because he's gay! So what's my point,there's nothing wrong with having a gay priest as long as he's a good person and as long as he does his job with pleasure and faith.

The Bible clearly states that being a homosexual is wrong.. no if's, and's, or but's about it. This doesn't mean I'm intolerant or hate gays or anything of the sort. The sin of being a homosexual is just as bad as having sex before marriage, or lying... God doesn't say any one is worse than another. Therefore, if the Bible says being gay is sin, than being a gay priest would also be sin, and not "okay". This is of course if your church is following Biblical principles.

yeah its fine. the thing about being a priest is that you can't have sex, with girls or boys, ever again. that's the deal.
you're supposed to love only god and jesus. (means every priest is a little bit gay, right?)
but it shouldn't be a problem. i've noticed the most interesting priests are the ones who aren't afraid of anything, whether it be the outside world or themselves. they tend to have the best connection with kids (i'm not just talking little boys, but everyone).

All priests untake a vow of celibacy period. It does not matter where his sexual orientation lies.
If one enters the priesthood for the fact that he has easy access to altar boys, children, etc...its a totally different story. He should seek help or prison NOT the priesthood!

I don't know about this one-the Bible says homosexuality is a sin and the church will not recognize same sex marriages...
But I'm sure there have been some that used the "don't ask,don't tell" rule....
Myself if someone wants to serve God and Mankind so be it...

Absolutely, NOOOOTTTT. Anybody claiming to be a man of God should know that he does NOT approve of sodomites. Gay priests are like going to a biker bar and having church there, it just don't mix
