I wouldn't chop down a tree personally if it screamed but I would still use paper. In the same way I could never kill a cow but I love steak.

Yes. People don't care about the environment in general even though they say they do. Look what people were willing to do to the Jews in WWII. You could find people that wouldn't be bothered by screaming trees.

I would be prone to leaving them be, because I can't bring myself to cause pain on a living creature that can express it's pain vocally. Then again, I have never cut down a tree to this day, so I guess my input is pointless.

People kill animals and they scream. Ever hear a rabbit howl? How about a lobster or crab when dropped into boiling water? People feel it is their God given right to destroy whatever they want.

I live in KY, so no, i think I would just leave them there. You might set of some awful panic in all the other trees, and here, you would never be able to sleep again.! LOL

I think people would cut down trees even if they held up signs saying "please don't kill me". After all, people kill cows even when they've got tears rolling down their faces, people kill people and people kill whales so I don't see people stopping cutting down trees just because they scream.
