Valerian Root capsules are available in most local grocery stores and drug stores with the rest of the herbal supplements. You can also get Valerian Tea at health food stores. It really calms you down and helps you to chill out. Its like a mild Valium. Its cheap and available over the counter.
Also I buy some nice herbal teas from Celestial Seasonings they relax me a bit I use Tension Tamer, SleepyTime and Chamomile.
They are very mild.
