I know about the online translators but they mostly do it "word for word" and not how it would actually be written/spoken by a person speaking that language. If someone is fluent in German and could correctly translate this for me I'd really appreciate it.....

OK even I see a few things wrong with the Google, and my German is nicht sehr gut.

I think normally they just use "Link" when referring to a web link. I don't know the gender. "Folgend" looks wrong.

"Funktion" can't be right, you wouldn't use a noun here--I'd repeat the "gultige" (can't find my umlaut, sorry).
