let me start by saying this, the sins of the father(mother in this case) will be past to their children. First, if he wanted to be single and date you he would have wrapped up his other relationship, so know right away that you are the "other woman." You need to consider that if he cheats on her he will do it to you as well, no matter what you do or are you can not change what someone else wants to be.
Secondly, if their are children involved, you are a homewrecker, regardless of the condition of his relationship with her. I am sure that he has given you a really good sob story about how terrible she is, how badly she treats him, yada yada yada. there are 2 sides to every story and it would probably be very enlightening to hear her side. And there is something that she is doing right or he would not still be there.
Finally, if there are children involved and you take this man away from them, when you have children they will reap what you have sown.

You can't take it back now, but you can with hold evidence. No more goodies for the candy store. Tell him since he has a girlfriend already and is stupid enough to say a smart remark like that then get his loving from her.
