*Fruit
*Raw vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, grape tomatoes) -Wishbone makes vinigarette dressings you can spay on, one calorie per spritz
*Pretzel sticks (50 sticks are 100 calories),
*Dry cereal (like special K),
*Rice cakes
I'll post more as I think of them.
You can also drink fat free hot chocolate (25-50 calories depending on the brand and it's hot so it fill your stomach more), hersheys sticks (60 cals), low fat popcorn
100 calorie packs from nabisco are awesome too.

Dried fruit isn't that great for you, as you can eat a lot more than your realize and get lots of sugar from it. I'd recommend eating any type of raw veggie with no dip or anything. Raw veggies will keep your mouth busy and you awake without adding on the pounds. Plus, big bonus, think of all the extra vitamins you get!

Celery is the only food that has a negative calorie content. It takes more calories (energy) to digest and pass the celery than you get from eating the celery.
Chewing sugar free gum should also be good, and I have heard of a diet that involves drinking a lot of water. If your belly is full of water then it doesn't want any more food, of course you have to go to the bathroom a lot.

Fruits sweetheart... haha. Simple and cures the munchies too. If not, try dried fruit. But maybe the ones with no sugar added. Unless you wanna go for a caffeine fix and eat one of those sugar-free chocolates or something... Another thing could be oven-baked chips. Not oily and yummy too...

Drink lots of water. Have a water bottle at work. Water keeps you hydrated, is good for you, and keeps your system flushed, plus getting up to go to the bathroom will help keep you awake.
And gum. And plotting to embezzle millions will while away the hours...

chocolate covered espresso beans
Eating just a few is like drinking a whole pot of espresso and since you're just eating a few you won't get fat. It will keep you awake AND it's CHOCOLATE. They are pretty good too - I know it sounds like they wouldn't be, but they are.
