This is just to make you understand the value of goodness and his power after the pain and suffering. This is just like after a dark night you have a bright and sunny Morning.
You would never apprecaite this morning if you would not see the dark and scary NIGHT.
So, do not question or challenge the existence and power of god.

The pain and suffering is caused by humans. We are the ones that cause pain on our self every time we worry or get upset. The world is filled with violence......people cause violence. Follow the word and it will be easier to handle the pain and sufferings of the world.

There is pain and suffering so that you will turn to God for help. God wants you to look for him, and often times people don't ever stop to really think about him unless they're in trouble. God will also punish you, much like a father punishes his child. You are God's child, he is your Father, why wouldn't he punish you if you are doing wrong?

according to most religion if you don't want pain and suffering, you have to find a way to go to heaven.

Because it's a war zone down here.
He gave us all the boundaries we needed in the 10 Commandment.
But we don't do what He said. We don't obey.
If God says ,"thou shalt not kill" and someone kills. Who is responsible God or the one killed.
