My real father walked out of my life when I was three, now I want to know how I go about looking im up and find out more about his side of my family.

Birth certificate, last name, town you born in, get phone book call all those with the same last name, might stumble onto a sibling... or other family member. When you make calls keep it simple - Need more info to help you. Do a white pages search for the state(s) he might be. Go to post office ask if so an so is listed. Most post offices charge a couple dollars for this info. Be prepared for everything, sarcasm, hang ups, including a let down.

first of all ask it frm ur mother..if u dont have a mother any relative will do but if that is still not available get ur hospital records and from there u can trace it via internet or any genealogy tree program and maybe from there you will know who your real father is

if you have name u can type in to people find search or call the state for a copy of birth papers . i have been there i know it 's hard best of luck to u.
