I heard that certain days of the week seem to have better deals posted, is this true and where do I find these discounts?

I think it changes from airline to airline. But I believe Tuesday and Thursday is the lower priced days for most airlines. If you want to be sure, check prices the week before you want to buy and check everyday. Then, purchase them the following week on the day you found to be the lowest.
You definitely want to avoid holidays and weekends when purchasing your air. If you can, adjust your travel dates, you may get a lower rate as well. I've also heard buying air at different times of the day can make the price lower.

I have found that as long as you buy them a month in advance, and to live on a Wednesday, or Thursday you can get really good deals

It more best days and not one day and that is Monday to Thursdays flights
