Did you every notice that if you have yelled at or even hit a dog, it still returns love to
the person who was the source of it’s bad treatment. This does not come from stupidity.
It is because God has given dogs a deep compassionate understanding of human shortcomings.
A tolerant spirit dwells in the heart of dogs that ask only to be your true friend.

Dogs have a pack mentality, and usually they tolerate abuse from people they perceive as superior, even if those people abuse them. It can backfire on the human if the dog sees that human or others as a threat -- they will attack if they feel overly threatened.

During my reading and research, I found that dogs have the mentality of a 2 year old. It is then that they love you or fear you. If they fear you, it is because they don't know any better and that they are being treated bad. They will still love you regardless. My dogs love me because they are very spoiled and pampered. They know that I will take good care of them.

I doubt your dog likes you, your frightening! And why would you abuse your dog? It will come back to you 10 fold (not 3 in this case)

a)dogs will still cling to you because you are superior to them
b)dogs are faithful because its in their nature to love whoever gave them any sort of love in the past
