Hey is it very tough to find out .. . well I find it very hard .. I can understand your problem .. I have also gone through it .. find out any specific method .. let me advise you .. it is very clear that you are finding it hard to ask her directly .. do one thing ask another girl who is close to her .. or of she does not know then make one girl to ask for you ( she will just ask casually without reveling your name ) well I do thing that is a good ans .. well one question from my side .. how you come to know the a girl loves ( or at least likes you ) ? believe me girls are also humans and has feeling like us .. how to know it .. she will give you hints .. but ..how to catch it. ?

Why is knowing they had a boyfriend important? Are you really looking for an "experienced" girl? If you like her for her, then the boyfriend question should not be an issue and would be the furthest from your mind to ask.
Personally, asking any girl if she's dated someone is really none of your business, period, whether she's Indian, American, German or Puerto Rican.
