i have been trying to have an AP (astral projection) for months now but i need tips on how to do it.

Every time I do it, it's on accident. I try to go into the Other Worlds/Realms, and end up astral projecting on accident.
I'm sure there are books. :)

Have you tried posting your question in the Horoscopes category? Sometime there are people in that forum who could answer a question like yours. Or try researching it on the web..I'm sure you can find all kinds of info on it.
