This girl knows your waiting around for her and it's killing your chances. I would spend less time around her and create some competition. Ask another girl out on a date and make sure she finds out via friends. Then do it again and again. I guarantee she will come running when she thinks she might lose you. Dating other girls will also build your confidence, which is very sexy.
