What is the world coming to?
Why do people post the most ignorant questions possible?
Can't anyone do a simple Internet search?
My god that took me about thirty seconds!

OK, first off in 2003 Ford did not make a Shelby version. What they did make is a Cobra. These two very different models get confused all the time and it will most likely get worse due to the upcoming 2007 Shelby Mustang that has the same "cobra" as the emblem.
If her vehicle is a 2003 Mustang and has a little cobra on it it is a Mustang Cobra not a Shelby. This is also assuming that the vehicle has not been modified visually.

To make it easy for you, just type in "2003 Shelby Mustang pictures" in the Yahoo search block. It is just that simple. You see, it is much better to be helpful that obnoxious. I believe the Yahoo Search forum exposes a lot of nice people. But beware, there are also the other people, also.
By the way, I also like the 2003 Shelby Mustang.
At present, I drive a 1967 Mustang on Sundays. I have had it customized to drive with only my hands.

I used Google Image search and got a lot of entries at
Fast Autos.net: http://www.fast-autos.net/search/?s=&q=2003+Shelby+Mustang
Yahoo! Image search found this:
http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?p=2003%3Ashelby%3AMustang&sm=Yahoo%21+Search&fr=FP-tab-img-t&toggle=1&cop=&ei=UTF-8
I went to Google.com and entered "2003:shelby:Mustang" this restrained the search. Then I pressed Images and got this: http://images.google.com/images?q=2003:shelby:Mustang&svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2006-22,GGLG:en&start=20&sa=N&filter=0
All search engines use logic; “and”, “or”, “not”. On Google “:” (colon) is "and" while “;” (semicolon is "or". “Or” means this or that (either one will be good enough) while “and” means I want this and that (both have to be present to be selected).
In the time it took you to ask this question, I found the answer. I don't want to be rude but, if you learn how to use a search engine then you we be able to answer a lot of questions yourself (Including 1/3 the questions I see on Yahoo!Answers).
