Just read ur question and though I would make a comment. I am glad to c and hear that you think were are nicer than our Caucasian counterparts. I can only speak for myself, I was raised in the south and my family instilled in me morals and values. I was taught to respect everyone even if they do not do the same to you - basically turn the other cheek. I currently live in the Midwest attending grad school on scholarship, and since I have been here I can see how ignorant some Caucasian women can be. I notice that in the Midwest, white people are a little intimidated by African American people - really do not know why? I am a nice person based on my morals and values as well as being raised in the South, which is the Bible Belt.

LOL!! You're question is very different from the ones that usually get posted about Black women. Judging by some of the comments that have been posted most people think that we are mean, angry, bitter, ball busting ******* ready to either curse you out or fight at the drop of a dime. I can't believe that someone actually thinks that we are nice let alone nicer than a white woman. I don't know if we are nicer per se, but thank you for realizing that not all of us Black women are evil, hateful harpies.

I think that your observation of black women on average being nicer than white women has more to do with culture than anything. I dont know your culture, but the white women that I have dealt with are pretty warm and friendly; on the other hand, I have had to deal with some African American women whose personality could have been a lot more friendly. I also think that this kind of thing depends on the person, and not so much their cultural or racial background.

I would like to know that question as well. I am white and I dont think I am nicer than anyone else. White, black or any other colour that you might mention, and its the same as race, there is good and bad in all. So stop trying to segregate women into colour. A woman is a woman not matter what colour.

I honestly think it may be the women you are meeting. There are different types of women no matter what the color of their skin. I'm 1/2 black and 1/2 white and sometimes I'm loving life and having fun and sometimes I just don't want to be bothered. I can't tell you which attitude is the white half or which attitude is the black half. It's really relative for all kinds of women.

"on average" it has nothing to do with your nationality, it depends on your personality and how you were raised. i've known mean people and nice people of all different colors, no nationality worse or better than the last.
